2. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer the following money-back guarantees:
Shared Hosting Plans
- 30-day guarantee: Full refund within 30 days of initial purchase
- Pro-rated refunds: Available after 30 days for unused portion of service
- Domain fees: Non-refundable (industry standard)
VPS Hosting Plans
- 14-day guarantee: Full refund within 14 days of initial purchase
- Pro-rated refunds: Available after 14 days for unused portion of service
- Setup fees: Non-refundable after service activation
Dedicated Server Plans
- 7-day guarantee: Full refund within 7 days of initial purchase
- Pro-rated refunds: Available after 7 days for unused portion of service
- Setup fees: Non-refundable after server provisioning
3. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- Submit your refund request within the applicable guarantee period
- Provide a valid reason for the refund request
- Not have violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- Not have exceeded reasonable resource usage limits
- Have an active account in good standing
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Domain registration and renewal fees
- SSL certificate fees
- Setup and installation fees (after service activation)
- Add-on services and premium features
- Overage charges and additional bandwidth/storage fees
- Services used beyond the guarantee period
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Contact our support team via email or phone
- Provide your account details and reason for refund
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days
- If approved, refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
- You'll receive confirmation email with refund details
6. Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card (3-5 business days)
- Bank Transfers: Refunded to the original bank account (5-10 business days)
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account (1-3 business days)
- Cryptocurrency: Refunded in the original cryptocurrency (1-7 business days)
7. Account Cancellation
Upon receiving a refund, your hosting account will be suspended and eventually terminated. You are responsible for backing up your data before requesting a refund. We cannot guarantee data recovery after account termination.
8. Partial Refunds
For refunds requested after the guarantee period, we calculate the refund amount based on the unused portion of your service. This includes any applicable setup fees and non-refundable charges.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate your concern to our management team. We're committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. You also have the right to contact relevant consumer protection authorities if needed.
10. Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this refund policy in special circumstances. These exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may include technical issues, service outages, or other extenuating circumstances.
