1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WebAutomation's hosting services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

WebAutomation provides web hosting services including but not limited to shared hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, domain registration, and related technical support services.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in activities that may harm our infrastructure or other users
• Maintain appropriate backups of your data

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use our services to host, transmit, or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. This includes but is not limited to:

• Malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Spam, phishing, or other fraudulent activities
• Content that promotes violence or discrimination
• Excessive resource usage that affects other users

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect service availability.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services include:

• All fees are billed in South African Rands (ZAR)
• Payment is due on the anniversary date of your service
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

7. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and data. Our data collection and processing practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

8. Limitation of Liability

WebAutomation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will lose access to your hosting services and data. We recommend backing up your data before termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
